Wanneer is uw Volvo klassieker vrijgesteld van motorrijtuigenbelasting?


Huidige regeling
Personenauto's van 25 jaar en ouder zijn vrijgesteld voor de motorrijtuigenbelasting. Als u een personenauto heeft gekocht die ouder is dan 25 jaar, krijgt u van de Belastingdienst automatisch bericht van deze vrijstelling. Als u niet automatisch bericht krijgt, terwijl u denkt dat u in aanmerking komt voor deze vrijstelling, moet u een schriftelijk verzoek bij de Belastingdienst/Centrale administratie indienen waarin u aantoont dat de personenauto inderdaad 25 jaar of ouder is. U kunt hiervoor het (buitenlandse) kentekenbewijs, een keuringsrapport of een ander bewijsstuk gebruiken.
