Sinds 16 augustus is het verplicht om bij een kentekenaanvraag voor een importauto, kentekenbewijzen Deel 1 en 2 te overleggen. Deze nieuwe maatregel van het RDW – in lijn met Europese regelgeving – betekent een grote strop voor de import van klassieke auto's, vindt oldtimervereniging Fehac.
